Windsor Spitfires Defeat Sarnia Sting 7-1 in Sarnia

- Tonight’s win was Windsor’s seventh straight, and they lead the OHL with a 20-3-0-3 record, good for 43 points

- Windsor is 14-0-0-2 in their past 16 games and avenged their last regular season loss which came against the Sting on October 11th

- Forwards Adam Henrique and Richard Panik each scored two goals in tonight’s contest, Henrique now has at least one point in seven consecutive games and has scored at least one goal in five of his past six games

- Defenseman Mark Cundari records one assist tonight and now has at least a point in ten consecutive games. He is currently ranked first in the OHL for plus/minus rating with a +30 and is tied for third amongst all OHL defencemen with 25 points in 26 games this season

- Forward Taylor Hall leads the OHL Scoring Race with 46 points and also leads the league in goals scored with 22 in 26 games

- Defenseman Cam Fowler leads the OHL Defensive Scoring Race with 32 points and is ranked second in the league with 29 assists in 26 games

- Goaltender Troy Passingham won his league leading 18th game of the season and leads the OHL with 2.37 goals against average. He is also tied for third in the OHL with three shutouts

- Four Spitfires are ranked in the top ten for the OHL Scoring Race (1st Hall – 46 points, 3rd - Henrique – 39 points, tied for 5th – Nemisz – 35 points, tied for 8th – Fowler – 29 points)
