Several members of the 2009 and 2010 Windsor Spitfires Memorial Cup Championship clubs and many other former Spitfires will be in the city this weekend for a pair of fundraising events in support of Tecumseh Minor Hockey, as the Spitfires and Johnny Shotz Restaurant & Sports Bar team up to host an alumni hockey game and golf tournament.
HOCKEY
WHO: Taylor Hall, Adam Henrique, Cam Fowler, Greg Nemisz, Eric and Kyle Wellwood, Steve Ott, Mike Weber, Zack Kassian and many more will lace 'em up along with Bob Boughner, Warren Rychel, Dave Matsos and DJ Smith.
WHEN & WHERE: Saturday July 28th from 6 to 7:30 at Tecumseh Arena.
GOLF
WHO: Assortment of Spitfire Alumni, coaches and management
WHEN & WHERE: Sunday, July 29th - Shotgun start @1PM @ Fox Glen Golf Club, 7525 Howard Avenue, McGregor, ON.
All proceeds from both events to Tecumseh Minor Hockey
