STORM 4, SPITS 1
Francis Menard and Cody McNaughton each had a goal and an assist and Garret Sparks made 26 saves as the Storm topped the Spitfires 4-1 in Guelph
Anthony Cortellessa had the lone goal for Windsor (8-4-1-1), his first Ontario Hockey League marker. Ty Bilcke and Stephen Alonge each recorded their first OHL points on the goal, which spoiled the home side's shutout efforts with just 55 seconds to play.
Menard's goal came at of the first period and was the eventual game-winner.
Zack Mitchell kicked in two assists, while Hunter Garlent and Andrey Pedan had the other goals for Guelph
John Cullen stopped 36 pucks in goal for Windsor
The Spits wrap up the weekend Sunday afternoon, when the London Knights come to the WFCU Centre for a matinee.

Spitfires Win Sunday Shootout

In dire need of two points, and without five regulars, the Spitfires fought back for a 4-3 shootout win over the Guelph Storm on Sunday afternoon at the WFCU Centre.
Tom Kuhnhackl had the shootout winner, while Kenny Ryan and Nick Ebert each had a goal and an assist for the Spitfires (35-22-3-3), who moved back into sole possession of fourth place in the Western Conference with the win.
Jack Campbell made 27 saves, many of them spectacular, just hours after he was forced to stay home from Saturday night's trip to Plymouth with the flu.
