Together, Ryan Ellis and Zack Kassian have lit up the rest of the OHL this season as teammates with the Windsor Spitfires.
Both players were named to the final 22-man roster for the tournament on Wednesday.
Ellis will be making his third consecutive appearance at the Worlds. The 19-year-old, fourth-year defenceman was part of Canada's gold medal winning entry at the 2009 WJHC in Ottawa, and he captained last year's silver medal winners in Regina and Saskatoon.
Kassian will be making his first trip to the tournament, after he was among the final cuts last year.
Canada will play its first game of the 2011 tournament on December 26th against Russia. The game will be broadcast live on TSN/RDS.
Canada has won a medal at 12 straight IIHF World Junior Championships, including gold medal performances in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009, silver medals in 1999, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2010 and bronze medals in 2000 and 2001.
