WINDSOR – The 2011 International Children’s Games Team Windsor Essex will challenge the Windsor Spitfires to a scrimmage game to be held at the WFCU Centre main bowl on Sunday, January 2, 2011, with a puck drop at 11:00am. The game consists of two 15 minute periods and will include the figure skating short program performance during intermission by Molly Ghanam and Madeline Potts, Team Windsor Essex will compete in Kelowna during the ICG 2011 Winter Games end of January.
WHAT: Ceremonial puck drop 11:00am, game, autograph session to follow
WHO: Windsor Spitfires, Team Windsor Essex, Ray Grassi, Paralympian and Gold Medalist Men’s National Sledge Hockey Team, Mark Renaud, Spitfire Alumnus and Former NHL player.

The fundraiser game is open to public with tickets $5.00. Doors open at 10:00am, game at 11:00am autograph session to follow. Access into the main bowl for public is through the community centre entrance only.
